Pink Sands Jeep Tour (ages 2+)

Explore the desert area next to Coral Pink Sand Dunes of East Zion!This scenic tour offers views of two sandstone monoliths and a panoramic view overlooking Zion National Park. 

Little Wrangler Ride (ages 3-7)

Abandoned Mine Hike (ages 4+)

Checkerboard Trail Ride (ages 8+)

This kid-friendly excursion offers breathtaking views of Zion National Park, Checkerboard Mesa, and the surrounding mountain and canyons. It’s a great option for riders of all skill levels, even newbies. 

Canyoneering (ages 12+)

This family-friendly guided adventure to Bryce Canyon National Park, is just over an hour from Zion Ponderosa, making it the perfect home base for your family vacation. See Red Canyon and Bryce Canyon’s incredible hoodoos.

Every Kid Outdoors is a nationwide initiative designed to help kids and their families get outdoors and connect with nature. All U.S. fourth graders are eligible for the pass, which allows them and their families free entrance to national parks and monuments. Kids this age are learning about the world around them and are open to new ideas, so this is the perfect time to start healthy outdoor habits. No matter where you live in the U.S., you’re within two hours of an included site. Utah alone has five national parks—and two of them are accessible from Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort.
